I do not think this stock will move until Nov or Dec. I like the company only because of the sector and the close relationship with local government. That's very important in a 3rd world type country. Besides, at this price what do we have to lose..:-)

PS. Take a look at MGOA, LBWR and UPDA...same time frame but a much better chance of significant gains.
