The 16 day cycle must start at 15 mar for the present year. they will denote a CIT (change in trend days). The direction is not predicted. They are days to watch.

4/8 , 4/30, 5/23, 6/17, 7/9, 8/1, 8/23, and 9/17 seem to be key days in market and for a number of stocks, I follow. I don't know what is due at 9/17 but I will watch it closer than avg day. Listen to those that call cit days, how many will mention these in a day or 2. the real length is 15.75 days but you can't do that.
