Dave: Another (PP)private placement of 100,000 units @ $2.25 for a total of $225,000. This entitles the placee to one common share and one non-transferable( I believe this means these warrants cannot be traded? Any thoughts?) warrant. Each warrant entitles the placee to one additional share at $2.59 in year one, and $2.59 in year two.
Anyways, that brings the treasury upto $3.425 million. I think there some serious exploration and drilling planned for the very near future. Looks like EEL is going to be a great ONE. All the Best!
