I like their anectdote in the annual report. They purchased Hooks Medical in Oct 1995. It was losing money. ROTC replaced their info systems Institututed sales, marketing, operations training. Within 9 mo they grew the rental and respiratory business. "Now boasts pre-tax profitability of approximately 20% of operating revenue" And they added 165 home care locations in 1996! Marty
