and expenses incurred on behalf of Taylor. Taylor made a
substantial contribution to this estate and requests
reimbursement pursuant to 11 U.S.C 503 (b)(3)(D). Lewis
and Roca rendered services to Taylor during the period of
March 31, 1997 through December 10, 1997 and incurred
$98284.00 fees and $10,010.69 expenses or a total of fees and
