BURNSVILLE, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 5, 1997--Global Games Corp. is pleased to announce the appointment of Gary L. Borglund as president. Borglund is a director of Red Oak Management Co., Minneapolis, Minn., and, with Red Oak, is providing strategic planning and financing assistance to Global Games.

Internet Gaming Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Games located in the Commonwealth of Dominica, is continuing development and planning for its offshore, worldwide gaming operations.

Internet Gaming Corp. will be monitoring all gaming operations from Dominica, with a secondary monitoring site in Honduras.

Internet Gaming Corp. has expanded and will continue to enlarge its management team to encompass an infrastructure of executives experienced in major casino operations. This includes
Roger Rothe, previously employed by Gaming Corp. of America and Grand Casinos Inc., as vice president of operations for Internet Gaming.
