announced today the public offering of 3,300,000 shares of common Stock, of which 1,975,000 shares are being sold by the Company and 1,325,000 share are being sold by selling stockholders at a price of $27.00 per share.
Of the total 3,300,000 shares sold, 2,475,000 are being offered initially in the United States and 2,475,000 are being offered initially outside of the United States. Deutsche Morgan Grenfell/C.J. Laurence Inc. is lead-managing the offering in the United States, and Hambrecht&Quist LLC, UBS Securities LLC, and Wessels, Arnold&Henderson LLC are serving as co-managers. Morgan Grenfell&Co, Limited is lead-managing the offering outside the United Satates.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate. |
