MINNEAPOLIS (Dow Jones)--Racotek Inc. (RACO) named Joe Costello chairman to replace Yuval Almog, who recently resigned.

In a press release Wednesday, the mobile networking software company said Costello was formerly president and chief executive
of electronic design software maker Cadence Design Systems Inc. (CDN).
