- Yesterday, I talked with one of the analysts that covers ECGOF - Steve Lowengart at MJ Meyers. I can't say I got a lot out of him. He did say that it was probably one of his favorite stocks and was extremely impressed by the management. The one exception was that he was not impressed by the lack of information in the recent press releases (e.g., the recent earnings and CHEM merger). He seemed to think the new CFO would be quite good for the company. He also mentioned that there were likely several potential buyers waiting for the annual report before jumping in. Not sure what magnitude they are. He also mentioned that the CEO had indeed bought 300,000 shares for himself - not $300,000.

- I heard separately that the CFO is finishing work on the Annual Report of his previous company before starting with American Eco and comes with impressive experience.

- The last week or so we've been drifting lower on very low volume. However, as soon as that drift dropped below 8, the buyers came back in force. Looks like very strong support there - only up from here. Appears as though the funds stopped their buying for a couple weeks which encouraged the short termers to jump. It will be interesting to see if they return to accumulating soon.
