Barry..this is not earth-shaking, market moving news. It is, however an indication that DEC is coming more under the influence of CPQ and the direction in which CPQ will take DEC as the weeks/months go by. The big news that will move the stock will be when CPQ announces the restructuring of DEC which will probably include dramatic layoffs/job cuts, etc., IMHO. Stephen
