Frank...Fleck is on the PAAS board. He is a silver bull and Buffett is sitting on 140M Oz of physical silver (20% of the world supply) I would love to know his cost basis...I know he accumulated it in 1997-98. I am busy buying 2002 BU American Eagles right now. Nice to have a little stockpile just in case. I plan on accumulating 100 Oz of physical.
