Wow! I tend to dismiss such speculation and will always bet on the company's merits. The major reason Intel, Lucent, Texas Instruments, or others would be interested, in my judgement, would obviously be for the talent: hard to find and recruit. It would far cheaper to buy the company, get the talent, market share and technology in one fell swoop than to try to compete at this point.
If I remember correctly, the Henrys own 56% of the company, so a suitor has to have at least one of their buy-ins. This really seems doubtful, but thanks for posting.
