I agree...the trend is down for now. I have been short and in puts for about 2 weeks. That doesn't change the fact that I will still want to see what happens to that trend line. EBAY and QCOM and AOL have been very good to me lately. I just want to lock in what I have as that line draws near. One thing I did not take into account with that line was the vast number of new issues that probably pushed the market over that line in the first place. Since 99% of them will never turn a profit and will eventually fold, investors may give them their true value of next to $0 and pull us back under the support level (since they are now included in the composite value a drastic change in their price would affect the composite value to some degree) Does anyone have an opinion on this theory?
