-From The Desk Of Jane J. Jackson- Skip, About 2 1/2 maybe 3 years ago, I called Dave's office intending to leave a voice mail message to request a packet. It was around 11pm on a weekend night and lo and behold he was in the office picking up the phone. It totally startled me and what startled me even more was his willingness to discuss NPEC for what had to be over a half an hour. The guy is an animal! Jane
