What do you mean by that in this context?

The post is so old...I think what I meant is that a faith based man such as bush purports to be does not seem to operate by this particular tenet. In fact, by the nature of his tax cuts, you could argue that the man is repudiating the teachings of his so called hero. O'Neil's latest revelations seem to suggest that the man is simply following a prescription written by someone else.
