The final amended agreement is dated Aug 27, Statoil to become operator September 1, so as of the Sept 1 date PFC is relieved of financial obligations in further exploration work. So PFC can employ their cash to pursue any other opportunities that they seek or comes their way, they have shuttered their office in Australia and the costs involved therein to conserve cash of approx. 10 mil and deploy it elsewhere if warranted.
