it was clinton as he is.. or can be .. very explosive at times. he controls himself well but every once in awhile you see the anger he contains.

I remember one time at public speaking engagement he was walking up the stage and he yelled at one of his handlers because he was in front of the president. "I am the President" and he pulled the guy back. it was early on in his term during a light rain. i assume the guy was trying to get under cover . ha.
