I guess he never counted on the voting issue or maybe he thought he could get enough Israelis to move into the occupied territories. I guess the emigration away from Israel in recent years due to all the turmoil has caused him to see the light. It was the demographics, and yeah, he's seen the light. Sorta like Bush I reneging on "No New Taxes". -Z
