My take on FON is that they feel very undervalued. Whether or not that's true is a different matter, of course. But DT is always getting trashed for not making the perceived right moves in Europe. I'm sure that under the right circumstances a deal could be struck.
FON would be a great catch for BTY. More so than QWST? I dunno.
But I sure am hopin to ride the light for a long time.
