Wexler downgrades REFR from a stock promotion fraud to a full-fledged stock fraud.

I started taking an interest in REFR again after the most recent hype-induced runup. I recently recommended is as a short on this thread.

Several new developments and discoveries have led me to the conclusion that REFR is nothing more than a stock fraud.
