So Kerry voted to give the president the authority to go to war. (he did NOT vote to go to war, Krauthammer is inaccurate) I have no problem with that choice. If Bush mishandled that authority, that is not Kerry's fault. The reality is, as percieved by Americans at the time, that the administration had a predisposition to go to war, and they did a full court press in Sept and Oct of 2002 and got the approval. That the vote to go to war was based on incorrect CIA intelligence is true but water under the bridge.
