I wouldn't discount the possibility that Syqest moved on inside knowledge of a take-over. On the other hand, the trades were all small. But maybe the buyers were being cagey. Who knows.

Syqest has an incredibly small market cap. If thier SyJet product is worth anything at all they are a takeover candidate.

They are NOT a good candidate for Chapter 11 reorganization. If they go bankrupt, it will be Chapter 7 liquidation or sale to another company.
