Even if what you described was true (and only part of it is) it wouldn't be wealth redistribution from the middle class to the rich. It might be avoidance of a redistribution from the rich to others and apparently you think that wealth should be redistributed that way, but that isn't the same as redistributing wealth from others to the rich.
