US GoM the Best, But Other Basins Good

We are increasing our target prices on HOS to $70 (from $65), GLF to $60 (from $55), and TDW to $64 (from $63). OSV dayrates continue to push higher with rates remaining strong in the US Gulf, but other basins like the North Sea have also started to push higher. We expect dayrates to remain firm through 2014. While supply remains a concern, August saw no new orders - the first month without an order since Feb 2011.
