Ken, RE: "...who is seeing no visibility?" Currently, AMAT and other semi-equip management and analysts who depend on their guidance have little visibility beyond Q4 96. Expectations for a resumption of business growth are 18-24 months. Consequently, 97 and 98 are forecasted with the HOPE that current backlog gets shipped and new orders are forthcoming. These forecasts have been declining steadily. RE: "...fun to watch over the next 12-18 months." I don't think "fun" is the word. Maybe, profitable for some. Cary
