Luc...I hear what you are saying as far as deals being pre-empted. In this case if the deal was kibosched CPQ would probably go up in the short run, but this is a long run strategy. Still it is not likely the deal will fail and I stillehaven't been hearing any negatives on it except ther will be some digestion problems assimalating the two. Duh, what merger doesn't have hitches? What company starts a new platform on their own without hitches? You can lead or get out of the way and that is what we are witnessing.
