Raymond,
Though the price is under $20, no one will sell any stocks to you any time soon. Any option related stock buying and selling are normally done on the expiration date. So if the stock returns to $20
before then, you will be okay.
If SKEY does return to 13 something again, I would consider that a great bargain.
