Hank, I do think it very strange that we found out about this deal via an announcement from the client and no mention from FSTW. I will ask them directly about that. Doug did say that there are other NetGain clients besides those announced who had requested that no announcement be made. But one would think that ICR does not fit into that category since they announced it themselves. Roger
