Absolutely. But it is about $3 a share in cash (net). I believe that the CIEN is paying less than book value. Isn't the technology [goodwill/intangible value] worth something that is not even appearing on the balance sheet.

Seems like a no-risk acquisition for CIEN. Wonder who's got pictures of the CEO for him to sell-out at such a price, or are things so bad in the future?
