NKTR - 25 % NEW YORK, May 24 (Reuters) - Nektar Therapeutics Inc. (NKTR.O: Quote, Profile , Research) said on Thursday its board has approved a plan to cut the company's workforce by about 200 employees, or about 25 percent of its full-time staff. The company said in a filing it expects to incur a 2007 pre-tax restructuring charge of about $10 million to $12 million.
