Okay, here is a more detail of my visit. (ECGOF caught my attention first because of its address which is practically blocks from my home)

Headquarters on Jones road in Houston is non-discreet. There is no apparent signage but only a two story mid-sized office building. This truly is only corporate headquarters...not a manufacturing /distribution facility.

Todd is a upbeat fellow. He encouraged me to hang in with them (I don't yet have a position in this company) since more good news is on the horizon. Sorry, no specifics. However, we spoke of several issues of import to me:

1) CFO -- I have previously posted this.

2) Auditing firm -- I asked whether the company is considering a change in accounting/auditing firms. He said that is being considered. Said that they realize there are certain objections to ECGOF on Wall Street (lack of CFO, foreign registration, SEC filings, audit firm, etc) and they are addressing these. I strongly support their considerations here!

3) SEC filings -- Todd said they will soon begin quarterly filings with the SEC (I presume Edgar, although I am not sure they can do this)

4) 1996 Annual Report -- should be available within two weeks.

David, as you noted...I am awaiting the annual report prior to taking a position in this stock. I have several unanswered questions about this company that should be addressed in the annual report. But that's for another post.

Sorry for lack of brevity.
