Michael, I think they got caught up in the network sector selloff. I was hoping someone could clarify what is happenning with the compact PCI bus vs. VME bus issue. Also, my guess is thier largest customers historically ECILF and TLAB may have designed products in house. On the bright side I think they're getting good business from DIGI and ASND. But, I don't think the newest ASND products use them. And, this guy from AWRE probably signals a new focus on ADSL. I lightened up on the stock because I'm having a hard time figuring it out. I think if end-to-end ATM or FTTC were to gain momentum it would help. I agree a buy out by a customer doesn't make sense, but another chip designer would. TXN could probably use them. But I have no clue what the relationship is like there. Any lurkers out there who can contribute in where this company goes from here. It's tough for me to figure out. Tim
