Mr. Pink, if I may, I'd like to advise bullrider regarding CLCX, as we know one another from the treacherous AENG thread, that CLCX is indeed a good short as they are definite adept criminals who will be brought to justice. The issue, bullrider, is the glacial speed at which the government agencies move (imperceptible to the human eye). They will get their men, however there are likely to be many squeezes in between and there have been rumors (unseen by us to date) of above market buyins. If one has the stomach, the truth will bear itself out in due time. Perhaps Mr. Pink, you can elucidate further on the timing of pending announcements?
