Most of the time...when a big market order comes in (like your 35000 you were talking about) You see a downtick even before you see the trade on level II....especially when the lot size is small 5x5 ...In the case of sanguine today it was 25x25, but I don't think they would have filled a market order of that many shares without dropping around .10 --- JMO Lee
