Scalia Takes Questions From Rude, Ignorant Liberal Youth

C-SPAN is usually good about keeping archives of their programs, so I'm hoping that I can link to the video of Justice Scalia giving a speech to the American Enterprise Institute today discussing why he believes foreign law should not be used in American Courts when it becomes available.

His speech is interesting (and a good backhanded smackdown of the Breyer philosophy), but the reason you need to see it is to witness firsthand the utter ignorance, rudeness and disrespect of many of the young liberals in the audience. These mental midgets used their very rare opportunity to questions a Supreme Court Justice to act like a bunch of 4 year olds (wait, that's an insult to 4 year olds) and try to mock both him and the Vice President by giving speeches.

If these people are any indication of the maturity and intellectual level of young Democrat voters then I'd be very worried if I were a Democrat. I really can't imagine young conservatives treating Justice Breyer or Ginsburg with anything but respect in such a forum, even if asking tough questions of them. These losers didn't even bother to ask questions, just act the fools.
