Steve, OK I'm convinced. I'm holding out for $38/share and not a penny less(short term). Maybe more long term. Seriously, I believe you are on the right track. In real estate you look at the prices that similar houses fetch when appraising your house for sale, don't you? We want to have some idea what similar cable entities are going for when we talk about what actv is worth. Jim
