I disagree about the short squeezee. Check out call volume today, it was truly sensational, especially Oct 35 call, which closed at 1/16. People have been buying on (buyout) rumors, nothing else, IMHO. Actually, a few days ago asnd was extremely sensitive to any nasdaq weakness, so there has to be some reason why it hasn't been today. But what worries me is that some vested interests might be spreading those rumors just to unload. Anyhow, if there are no news asnd could fall a few points quickly, regardless of TA. It could be a good time to buy some protective puts, if one is long, or sell covered calls.
