Good point, Richard. I think that PRLN is building a new base, but at what level? As you say, institutional buying, or any number of other event, e.g., AndroCar results, could send PRLN up fast. It appears that this is a solid bottom now and the base should be a little higher. If I'm wrong, no problem, I'll buy more... Rick
