Hi Linda,
It seems to me that Wall Street is playing games. First, its Barron's. Then CNBC. Now, it's Prudential and a downgrade.

To be candid, nobody knows how well this movie is going to do. So to downgrade today looks like Prudential is making an opportunity for its short clients to exit with a profit in the event that the movie is huge.
