on 2/1/99 JOES issued another amended filing with the SEC. where they talk about the issuance and sale of new stock and stock issued to certain individuals and groups. This has been reported before. does anyone know if these shares have been sold yet? also if you plow through all the pages there are some interesting statements about risks that are not in company pr's, but are required in these filings. perhaps someone who speaks to konny can ask his opinion
