It was a great week! When this was trading at .06 in January, obviously not many thought it would trade at more than a triple within 3 months. But that is exactly what has happened. MKD has great fundamentals, and the market is starting to recognize it. This spike shows that investors are serious. I think the company got a little scared, and was probably behind the weakness later in the week. They are not ready yet to go to the exchange to explain why their share price has tripled. I think things (as always) took a little longer , and they will announce something next week. I think they are holding things back, so I think early next week will be slow again. I suggest you sit on the bid, but once the announcement comes then everything will go into high gear! The CD plant will be announced, financing will be announced, and some official cash flow projections should become available. I think everyone will be very pleased at how far this project has been developed, and how quickly they will start the operation and marketing themselves as a CD plant. I hope everyone has talked to Lawrie at IR 1-800-338-7844 to hear how when it rains, it pours. Their other products, Autonet and Touchmaster, are also heating up. One of the major stumbling blocks with Autonet has been the handheld, and available capital to buy all the equipment up front to sell to some of the LARGE interested clients. The handheld is functional, but the clients are skeptical that will stand up in the field for many years of use. So what cooking? Discussions with a better handheld system supplier, about a partnering agreement! This gives the MKD a better product, financing for original equipment purchase until customer payment is received, and access to a large company R&D and marketing department. This could be the big break to make the company a winner. I don't know when anything official will come out about this, but it will generate a lot of behind the scenes interest. I wish I had the time to go into greater detail, and explain how things are going with Touchmaster. I'll have to do that later.
