All concerned; I Sold my shares today at a loss ,I didnt like the sound of the convertible financing deal,I had a bad experience with a conv. deal with GMGC,...the stock got hammered right after.I'm not sure of this one but better to be safe than sorry. P.S. I have a link that explains conv. ,I'm not sure how to post it ( Im new to these puters...lol).Good luck longs Regards: Rangle
