Thanks J: Didn't see any mention of Ericy's interest, although I have seen other reference to it here and there. What is Ericy's interest in acquiring the assets? They have a unit called (something like) "Ericsson Brazilia" (I'm certain I butchered that to a ridiculous extent <g>). TIA. ...Tim
