The resistance at 170 is enormous. Big, but not enormous. 175-176 would represent a double top, matching the 2/1 high of 175 15/16. That's enormous pressure, but it will face it at just the right time: shortly before the split when other factors can push it right through such technical resistance. Of course, it all just means an even bigger sell-off when the trial resumes and is finally decided, but that's not on the fickle radar of the market anymore.
