I'm just noodlin' here but let's say you just bought a house for a buck and a half, thinking that it is going up 16K a month, with your PITI at 20 a month, and now it ain't and you are plopping down 20K a month and the equity is flat or down. And someone comes up to you and says, "excuse me, Ma'am, but I'm taking a poll here, how do you think that new Bentley Gargonzola Lugainza for 180K fits into your future?" WHAT THE FRIG DO YOU THINK KINDA ANSWER ARE YOU GONNA GET? It is called "real estate poor"; millions in equity and no cash.
