JDN, I would assume we are getting close to hearing 2Q numbers, but ALYD has no announced date.

You are absolutely right that OTC-BB stocks like ALYD get short shrift with their press releases. You are also right on the money with your comment about the impact of analysts on a stock-- and OTC-BB stocks don't generally have analysts following them.

That's why it makes absolutely no sense to release decent earnings for 2Q, IMO, because they will fall on deaf ears here on the BBs. All they really need to do is live up to what they've said publicly: April was a money-loser, May was break-even, and June was profitable. In other words, they should toss every penny they can from June into Q3 when, yes, I truly believe they will be on the NASDAQ.

As for the current state of the NASDAQ listing, people I know who are on top of this tell me they are quite frustrated because everyone at the SEC seems to be on vacation now. However, a week ago, ALYD crossed another "t" (i.e. sent the SEC some obscure info they were requesting), so the ALYD file is, indeed, active.
