Thanks, Gary. One question about renaming those dll files. Everything works fine now, but will the renaming affect any other programs where I found the files? So far, nothing seems to have been affected.

I wonder whether everyone who's having problems downloading is aware of the Internet Downloader (if their version has it). I wasn't aware of it at first, and after reading the help files I tried to download from the Web site's subscription files. Some people have been saying that the drop-down box won't accept the name and password. It didn't accept mine, either, and then I cottoned on to the fact that I had the Internet Downloader. I hope everyone who has the application realizes that it's there.

Thanks for all your help.
