Luis. Sorry to hear about your CPQ. I did not realize you had bought that much so high. I guess you heard that it could go down to 24 in the morning. I think it will take a cpl. of qtrs. before CPQ will be back on their feet. They still have to implement the DEC purchase on top of their inventory problems. Now would be a good time to buy but you will have to wait at least 31 days before you can buy back some more if you want to offset the loss. Wash Rule. But who knows, it may end up being a blessing that you cannot buy back right away. I don't think anybody knows for sure where the bottom will be.

Intc will need some time also.

As far as Cisco is concerned I don't know if it was a good move to sell. I am waiting to get back in. But as long as you sold higher, you made up for the loss on the sold CPQ. Just too bad it had to be Csco. It is the No.1 networking company. But you of course know that.

We had 3 big tech warnings now and if we get a lot more your sales could be looking good.

When I sold my CPQ at just below 34 I was putting on that I sold it at a profit for my margin interest expense. I also had a sudden bad feeling about the stock with all this talk out there. But I was also worried that I may have to buy CPQ back higher. As it turned out I was very lucky. In hindsight it would have been nice to sell Intc also and pick it up again now. But I think not many were expecting Intel's warning.

I have bought Intc at times and had it drop over 25 points from my purchase price but it has always come back and made me more money than most of my other stocks.

Sonny
