Hi Adrian,

Thanks. I really don't find fault with the share holders that by chance also happen to be Novell employees, and very much appreciate their input. I hope my post didn't sound like a personal attack. It's more that I see this huge planet, with uncounted billions in untouched markets. Novell is positioned in the middle of it with great technology, and it seems to be just slipping through their fingers. The glimpses I get to the inside of Novell sometimes gives the impression of total anarchy where they need a solid team of people working together seamlessly. On one hand the stock would never have gotten this cheep if they hadn't been messing up, but on the other hand the stock is worth less now than when Dr. Schmidt took over. Marketing hasn't changed, the ability to follow through and turn solid leads into sales hasn't changed, and the spirit of rugged individualism that seems to permeate Novell hasn't changed. It is frustrating, and the most frustrating part is the only things Novell seems to lack are the kind of things that every successful business in the world takes for granted as the best way to do things.

Regards,

Don
