what is the current Quick ratio and Current Ratio? What has happened to accounts receivable since March? And what is the potential dilution factor given all warrants outstanding, convertible debentures, and options? And what has TPRO done to reduce their 5.5 million in long term debt?

Steve, you ask great questions. I hope you stick around as you obviously know what your doing.

All the great questions you ask cannot be answered with any certainty. Much has changed since the last 10-Q and the info in the 8-Ks doesn't really help with specifics. I'm not even sure if this will clear up when FY figures are released, as much of the change happened after the FY ended.

I believe Topro management realized this so they had a meeting in NYC for analysts. I would suggest you go back about 2 weeks and find posts from TokyoMex and Skipard about the info in that meeting. Most of your questions will be answered then.

At that point post your remaining concerns as I'd like to here them.

Patrick
